The single author 450 pages atlas with numerous illustrations covers the entire spectrum of surgical procedures performed at the craniovertebral junction. It describes the contemporary approaches to the individual pathologies encountered in this region. The myriad lesions encountered at this unusual location have been categorized into six sections.
